The many issues with using a mac

Is it true that a lot of software in a mac operating system normally crash? Well, most pc users will have no clue whatsoever. But since I own a macbook air, I can definitely give my opinion on it. And yes, its true, I always find myself fixing my laptop or force-quitting many programs because they tend to lag and then crash. My adobe software always have issues when microsoft office crashes mac. But how to connect imac to wireless internet was the first problem. When I try to get a solution online for my software crash, the imac also freezes. Sometimes I have to wait for a good 20 min for the system to start working again. Sometimes, I just resort to restarting my laptop because it stays frozen for hours. Since I love my mac, I would not give up on it even on this issue of having frozen or crashing software programs. So what I did was to buy a portable back up disk. Whenever I find my laptop frozen or crashing, I just plug my back up disk, try to save as much date as a I ca and quickly unplug the thing. It works for me until one day when I turned my computer on and found out that my sound was not working anymore. I quickly did my research online and found out that turning off the computer improperly sometimes burns the sound card. I tried to do all the repair tips, from simply tapping the corner of my laptop, to restoring some of the associated software, but I didn’t find any luck. I had to go to a local apple store to have it fixed.
