Intense At Home

Chest – Push ups are great to do for a chest workout. This exercise may remind you of suffering through gym class in school, but it is a really good exercise for the entire upper body. To someone who wants to build muscle, but has no equipment, push ups are his best friend. Back – You can do pull ups from a tree branch or a good door frame. Change the grip from over hand to under hand to go between pull ups, and chin ups. Both of these exercises are great for developing upper back strength.It is not all about just training with weights.

Legs – There are not really any exercises that you can do to build mass on your legs without using equipment. But you can build extra strength and alot of quad definition by using just your body weight. Add some resistance to the exercise with any common house hold items, like heavy water bottles.
